Consulting Services

Research scientists at the San Diego Natural History Museum offer a broad range of consulting services through our PaleoServices and BioServices departments and the Zooarchaeology Lab.

PaleoServices provides a one-stop shop for all services related to paleontological resource assessment and mitigation. Our scientists and professional staff have the skills and experience necessary to not only facilitate agency compliance and the conservation of fossils, but to do so in a manner that contributes to the education and knowledge of current and future generations. More.

BioServices gives you direct access to the Museum’s biologists, ecologists, and curators, who are regional leaders in the fields of botany, entomology, herpetology, ornithology, and mammalogy. Our scientists are ready to respond to your project’s biological survey, research, planning, and management needs. More.
