Educator Night

Educator Appreciation Night is an annual event to thank local educators for their service. Celebrate your hard work with our education staff as only a natural history museum can. Check back for details.

Distance Learning

The Nat has created a series of educational videos that feature educator-led virtual experiences based on our most popular in-museum exhibits and field trip programs. These videos are aligned with state and NGSS standards and will be of particular interest to K-5 students. We also present a monthly live youth program featuring various natural science themes.

We offer many other resources for teachers, including a specimen and curriculum lending library called Nature to You, downloadable curriculum, online tools such as plant and animal atlases, and more.

Sign up for our educator enewsletter, and we'll send you an alert when more resources are made available.
