Nat at Night is back for a special holiday edition on Friday, December 19 from 5-10 PM. Plus, our monthly series returns in 2026 (see dates below).
During Nat at Night, we're open until 10 PM so you can explore the Museum after hours. Enjoy access to all exhibitions and our rooftop deck for good views and great vibes. The rooftop is open to all visitors and serves beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and food from Wolf in the Woods—you can get a look at the menu below.
With bars on several floors, sip a signature cocktail as you leisurely explore the Museum. Or grab some artisan tacos, conchas or paletas, and amazing coffee drinks from The Craft Taco in our Atrium. On select dates, enjoy getting crafty with our friends from Sketchparty (usually the third Friday of the month).
Admission is half-price after 5 PM. You can buy your tickets in advance online or buy them at the door the night of. As always, members of The Nat and Explorer pass holders enjoy free general admission.

Beginning Memorial Day weekend and continuing through summer, Nat at Night takes place every Friday.
The entire Museum is yours to explore! Take a selfie with a megalodon shark, see an ant colony in action, admire glittering gems, check out animal skulls of all sizes, and so much more. Best of all, get a look at our brand-new exhibition, Amazement in the Basement, and see scientists at work in our new Paleo Center. Learn more about our newest experience for visitors! While you're on the rooftop, enjoy small bites from award-winning restaurant Wolf in the Woods! Based in Mission Hills, Wolf in the Woods cultivates warmth, creativity, and an appreciation for our region. Have a taste for tacos? The Craft Taco, located inside the Atrium, is a vibrant taco restaurant offering a delectable fusion of flavors and artisanal creations. They offer made-to-order tacos featuring signature blue corn tortillas, delectable burritos and bowls, and a variety of drinks, coffee, and pastries. View the menu here.
