Winter Camp at theNAT

Registration now open!

School is out, but fun and science are always in. Join us this winter break as we discover dinosaurs, investigate wacky animal behavior, and get inspired by nature’s wonders. The Nat offers flexible, single-day experiences for budding scientists in grades 1–5.

Camps are offered Wednesday-Friday, December 26-28, 2018 and Wednesday-Friday, January 2-4, 2019. All camps are offered as a single day and run from 9 AM–4 PM. Each day must be registered for separately, and each session is $59 for members and $64 for non-members. Check out our camp descriptions below.

Fun and safety are our number one priorities. It is a privilege and incredible responsibility to care for your camper. Our camp philosophy covers both the physical and emotional safety of your child. Our staff are First Aid/CPR-certified and we take special care to ensure any allergies or medical concerns are addressed (see FAQs for details). Likewise, campers are expected to show respect for their fellow campers, our staff, and the Museum. We strive for an inclusive environment where bullying, emotional, or physical aggressive behaviors are not accepted. Please review appropriate behavior expectations with your child prior to their first day of camp. We want everyone to have fun, make new friends, and create memories that last a lifetime. We look forward to sharing the wonders of the natural world with your child.
