The Museum will be open from 3-9 PM on both days. Last entry into the Museum will be at 8:30 PM.

Free general admission, which includes access to Hidden Gems, Unshelved: Cool Stuff from Storage, Coast to Cactus, Extraordinary Ideas, Skulls, Fossil Mysteries, and Insects Face to Face.

Films are available for $5 per person in our giant-screen theater. Now showing: Hidden Pacific 3D and Conquest of the Skies 3D. See below for showtimes.

Access to the Rooftop Lounge, a 21-and-up (valid ID required) lounge area rarely seen by the public, will also be available. The Rooftop Lounge will be open 3-9 PM both days (weather permitting). Get a bird’s eye view of December Nights while enjoying a glass of wine or craft beer as well as a tasty salad or sandwich. If you’d like additional food options, we’ll be serving select menu items from The Flying Squirrel Café.

All guests must enter the Museum using the south entrance (just off the Prado Walkway) and exit through the north doors only (near the Moreton Bay Fig Tree).

Strollers are not permitted inside the Museum during December Nights due to space restrictions. Stroller valet parking is available, free of charge, on the north side of the Museum (near the Moreton Bay Fig Tree). Stroller parking closes at 8:45 PM.

We will have live holiday music playing inside the Museum from 5-8:45 PM. Featured artists include the Pomerado Brass Quintet from 5-6:30 PM and the TubaFours from 6:45-8:45 PM.
