These unique collections offers the rare opportunity to contrast and compare three superb Shafer wines from five consecutive vintages. The successful bidder will enjoy five bottles from 2004-2008 vintages of Shafer One Point Five Cabernet Sauvignon; Shafer Relentless Syrah and Petit Syrah; and Shafer Merlot. Shafer Vineyard is 100 percent solar powered; they reuse and recycle their water and make their own compost for fertilizer. They are proud to partner with owls, songbirds, hawks, bats, and other wildlife to cultivate successful vineyards and rely on cover crops to help control insects that would otherwise blight their vines. Each vertical is paired with Riedel wine glasses configured to enhance the gustatory experience of each of these fantastic wines.

A spectacular evening event for you plus eleven guests, A Night at the Museum is a progressive dinner through the eons Start with cocktails in Fossil Mysteries, appetizers in Coast to Cactus followed by a seated four-course meal in the Sefton Atrium or on the El Mirador Rooftop.
