How to Schedule a Program
Reservations are always required. Call early; programs fill quickly. Dates and prices are subject to change. One adult chaperone per eight students is required and admitted free. Additional adults are $6 each. Please note the maximum class size for each program—this is to ensure the quality of your Museum experience. Office hours: Weekdays from 8:30 AM–4 PM Please have the following information ready when making reservations:
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all programs, except for self-guided tours. Payment in full is due one week prior to scheduled program. Payments may be made by check (payable to SDNHM), purchase order, or credit card. Mail checks and purchase orders to Attn: Education, SDNHM, P.O. Box 121390, San Diego, CA 92112-1390. Copies of purchase orders may be sent by fax to 619.235.9446. For credit cards, call 619.255.0210. Homeschool programs are payable in full and are non-refundable. When cancellations are necessary, please call 619.255.0210. Cancellations are not official until you receive confirmation by mail, fax, or email from the Education Department. Cancellation Policy:
