AT THE MUSEUM
Bring your students to explore the Museum and the natural history of southern California and beyond. Whether you participate in a self-guided visit, view a film, join our Docents for an in-gallery class, or enroll in one of our Museum science workshops, you are sure to enjoy an engaging experience. This class provides an in-depth investigation of the desert through exhibits, experiments, and a behind-the-scenes visit to our research department.

Let us bring the Museum to your classroom! Presented by docents or museum instructors, these programs emphasize the natural history of the San Diego region and correlate with California Science Content Standards. Electronic pre- and post-visit materials are available.
Mileage fee: schools more than 25 miles from the Museum will be charged an additional 50 cents per mile.
Young Naturalists

Fee: $150 per school visit (two 1-hour programs) $65 for an additional class at the same location (same day, same room, same topic, limit three programs per day)
