We would like to welcome your child to summer camp at theNAT! Our half-day camps will help your child to gain a fuller appreciation and respect for nature while making friends and having fun.

Below are forms and guidelines to help ensure a safe and rewarding experience for everyone. Please return the Camper Medical History/Emergency Release Form and Camp Release Form by fax or email after you register.

Forms submitted prior to registration do not signify a place in the camp.
