Residents' Free Tuesdays: San Diego Natural History Museum As a THANK YOU to SAN DIEGO COUNTY RESIDENTS, the San Diego Natural History Museum offers Residents' Free Tuesday on the first Tuesday of each month. All that Glitters: The Splendor and Science of Gems and Minerals and the giant-screen theater presentations are not included in Free Tuesday admission. A combination ticket for All that Glitters and the Kaplan giant-screen theater is available for $8 per person at the Visitor Services Desks inside the Museum. On Residents' Free Tuesday, please enter at the South (fountain) side of the building. All guests will exit at the North side of the building (near the fig tree). Strollers are not allowed in the San Diego Natural History Museum during *Residents' Free Tuesday. Park strollers in the designated area outside the North Entrance, near the large Moreton Bay Fig. The giant-screen theater is included with Passports to Balboa Park, Go San Diego Cards, General Admission tickets and for members of the San Diego Natural History Museum. Please present Passports to Balboa Park, Go San Diego Cards and Museum Membership cards at the Visitor Services Desks.
