Strategic Planning Task Forces

Task Forces of Museum staff were created after the January 2002 Strategic Planning Team session to develop objectives, strategies, and action plans in support of the Key Result Areas (KRAs) determined by the SPT. SPT members served on the task forces in addition to museum staff and community members. Members of each task force are linked below:
