What is strategic planning? A year to analyze the Museum's strengths and weaknesses, discuss coming threats and opportunities, and revisit its mission, vision, and values. Identifying key issues facing the Museum will provide the basis for prioritizing objectives and devising strategies to guide museum operations for the next decade.
