Plan Your Visit All tickets to A Day in Pompeii are for a specific entry date and time. A Day in Pompeii tickets include an audio tour, available in English and Spanish, and all other exhibitions and and programs in the theater. General Admission to the Museum does not include A Day in Pompeii. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 877.946.7797, or at the Museum's Visitor Services Desks. Tickets for same-day admission must be purchased at the Museum's Visitor Services Desks. Open from 10 AM to 5 PM daily
Hours Extended until 7 PM on June 15 Last ticket sold 4 PM Daily; 6 PM on June 15 To begin the exhibition, queue in the atrium on Level 1 at the time specified on your ticket. A photo ID is required to pick up Will Call tickets. Will Call tickets are at the Visitor Services Desk at the North “fig tree” entrance on Level 1. Will Call for guests with Group Tickets is at the South “fountain” entrance on Level 2. Large bags and backpacks are not allowed in the exhibition. Use of cameras, cell phones, or other recording devices is also prohibited inside the exhibition. Food and/or drink are only allowed on Level 1 in the Dinosaur Café area. Strollers are not allowed into the Museum on the following Residents' Free Tuesday dates: March 4, April 1, May 6, and June 3.
